Exploratory Research & Product Discovery

Module 1

Upstream, decisions can’t wait: what to solve, who it’s for, and the impact you’re aiming for. Exploratory research brings clarity—when the day-to-day is set up to work. This training helps you level up discovery and build ResearchOps basics at the same time.

User Testing

Module 2

User testing reveals what people actually do, puts hypotheses to the test, and reduces uncertainty before you decide. This training helps you run user tests that deliver clear learning fast—so you avoid false certainty and make product decisions grounded in observable facts.

UX Audit & Heuristic Evaluation

Module 3

Your metrics already tell the story: high drop-off rates, recurring errors, journeys that break mid-way. The interface “works”, but the experience creates friction that slows adoption and hurts performance. This training teaches you how to run an expert evaluation to quickly spot usability issues and turn them into concrete actions.

Personas and mapping

Module 4

When a team lacks a clear vision of its users, decision-making becomes difficult: discussions revolve around screens and features, rather than what people are truly trying to achieve in their context. You will learn to build useful personas and map a user journey that highlights pain points and opportunities, then transform these findings into actionable priorities.

Information Architecture

Module 5

When content grows, people stop browsing - they search. And increasingly, they ask a question directly, through search or a conversational assistant. This training teaches you how to build a user-centred information architecture and make it usable for AI systems.

UX Design, Wireframing & Prototyping

Module 6

Prototyping turns an idea into something you can test—so you learn fast, cut rework, and align teams. Today, AI can generate prototypes in no time, but without a clear method you mostly end up with good-looking screens. This training gives you a structured approach to move from a user scenario to wireframes, then to an interactive prototype.

UX Maturity

Module 7

When UX maturity is low, teams end up compensating: rework, gut-feel decisions, inconsistent research, and a hard time proving impact. In contrast, a mature organisation makes better decisions earlier, supported by shared practices and clear benchmarks. In one day, you’ll learn how to assess your organisation’s UX maturity using a recognised model (UX-PM/UXalliance), make gaps explicit, and define priorities you can activate quickly.
