Integrate UX into your organization with UX-PM

Recognized international UX training

UX-PM certification helps you meet your new product and service challenges through a user-centered design approach.

Sponsored by UXalliance – a network of 27 recognized UX companies – it is currently offered in 19 countries and 12 languages. You learn alongside experienced practitioners who share concrete methods, directly applicable to improve your experiences and strengthen the impact of your teams.

The UX-PM training

A common framework for faster decision-making

Your teams leave with a shared language and clear decision-making criteria. Result: fewer back-and-forths, smoother decisions, and a clearer product direction.

Directly reusable tools and deliverables

Beyond theory, the training provides actionable methods and templates. Enough to structure your practices and save time on your next product cycles.

An increase in UX maturity that shows in practice

Participants develop the right reflexes: focusing work on users, challenging assumptions, validating before building, and iterating. The result: better collaboration and more consistent experiences.

Why choose UX-PM certification?

UX doesn't just live within a design team. To create useful, understandable, and consistent products and services, everyone needs to be on the same page.

A directly applicable UX method

Leave with a clear framework and concrete tools to integrate UX into daily operations: framing, research, prioritization, testing, iteration.

Measurable business impact

Improve the effectiveness of your user journeys and products: reduced friction, increased satisfaction, better conversion, and stronger product decisions.

A recognized international certification

Benefit from a benchmark program, supported by an international network of experts, and deployed in many countries and languages.

Designed for product teams

Tailored to real-world needs (PM, PO, UX, lead, marketing, tech): practical examples, common language, strengthened collaboration, and stakeholder alignment.
