Training
UX Design, Wireframing & Prototyping
Prototyping turns an idea into something you can test—so you learn fast, cut rework, and align teams. Today, AI can generate prototypes in no time, but without a clear method you mostly end up with good-looking screens. This training gives you a structured approach to move from a user scenario to wireframes, then to an interactive prototype.
Who is this module for?
It’s designed for teams who need to explore solutions, shape key journeys, and de-risk decisions before development: PMs/POs, UX/UI designers, product and innovation teams - and anyone involved in design (business or tech) who wants to test earlier and iterate faster. Ideal if you’re looking to avoid “hi-fi too soon”, clarify complex interactions, or prototype effectively despite tight timelines.
What you'll get from it
It teaches you to prototype with intent: pick the right level of fidelity, structure a key journey, and produce a prototype that’s genuinely testable - not just “pretty”. You’ll leave with a clear method to turn a product goal into a scenario, then into wireframes and an interactive prototype, while avoiding common pitfalls (inconsistencies, cosmetic interactions, decisions driven by preferences). And if you use AI, you’ll know when to switch it on (variants, acceleration, exploration) - and how to keep guardrails in place for consistency, accessibility, and quality.
What you'll actually learn
- Turn a product goal into a testable scenario and hypotheses
- Choose the right prototyping strategy (horizontal / vertical / hybrid)
- Design structured wireframes (layout, hierarchy, navigation)
- Prototype key interactions and states (errors, empty states, loading)
- Decide when to use vibe design / vibe coding - and how to quality-check AI outputs

The agenda
An intensive day, structured to alternate between theoretical input and immediate practical application in workshops.
Scoping with prototypes: learn before you build
Clarify the goal, the testable hypotheses, and what the prototype is meant to decide.
Fidelity & prototyping strategies
Choose the right level of detail, lo-fi → hi-fi, and the right approach.
Wireframing workshop: scenario → screens
Turn a scenario into structured screens: navigation, hierarchy, and user flow logic.
Prototype a complete interactive journey
Build a testable prototype for a key journey, including essential interactions and states.
AI as your co-pilot: vibe design & vibe coding
Speed up exploration without losing control - and learn the benefits, limits, and guardrails.
Final workshop: variants + debrief
Explore options, compare them, and deliver a clear, well-argued recommendation
