Florian Egger, PhD
Founder of Telono SA
Florian is the founder and director of Telono SA, based in Geneva, which he established in 2005. In this role, he leads a team of UX Researchers and UX Designers who daily create useful, usable, and user-friendly products and services for their end-users.
Holding a PhD in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) from Eindhoven University of Technology, Florian brings extensive international experience across sectors ranging from healthcare to finance and international organizations, where he has consistently implemented initiatives to optimize customer experience.

Is it possible to take the training in another language?
The public enrollment training courses organized by Telono are always in French. However, we also organize in-company training sessions that can be delivered in French or English.
Furthermore, our partner, Die Ergonomen, in Zurich, offers courses in Swiss German.
Is it possible to skip a level?
Yes, you can indeed skip a level and go directly to Level 2 or 3 if you have prior knowledge and some UX experience. Therefore, you will first need to answer a series of questions and meet with an online trainer to ensure you possess the required qualifications or experience.
Is the course guaranteed to run?
Our courses are guaranteed for a minimum of 4 participants. If this minimum is not met, a new date will be proposed.
How is the training delivered?
Each UX-PM training level (public enrollment) is conducted remotely, over 3 half-days, and in French. Additionally, it is possible to organize in-company sessions for your teams, tailored to your needs, remotely or on-site, and in French or English.
Can I share my certificate with my network?
Yes, you will indeed receive your certificate as a link to the online certificate on the UX-PM website so you can share it on LinkedIn. It is also possible to export it as a PDF.
