Telono offers services based on User-Centred Design (UCD) methods, an approach that has clearly demonstrated value for companies.
A Forrester study in 2001 noted that "77% of users return to content and information sites because of ease-of-use. Only 22% return because the site belongs to a favourite brand." Google became a global brand, and part of our vocabulary, because it is simple, easy to use and returns quality results.
This focus on the user experience creates quality and usefulness in products and services so it needed to become standardised. That is why the ISO 13407 standard calls for the direct participation of users in the design process.
This is known as User-Centred Design and not only does it integrate the Voice of the Customer (VoC) but it actively measures the responses from the customers as the product is conceived and developed. This participation of the user/customer insures the product's success and usability.
Telono couples the appropriate user-centred methods and uses them throughout the user experience design lifecycle.
